Following Edwards’ admission, a closer look at McCain?

There’s very little good that can come of John Edwards’ admission of an affair on Friday’s Nightline. Infidelity is always ugly, and the Edwards’ situation is made even uglier by his long standing image as a family man, his wife who has been diagnosed with incurable cancer and the fact he repeatedly denied allegations of the affair when he was campaigning for President late last year.
